These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made through tiktokshopguide.com from Alex J Solanke, a sole proprietor (micro-entrepreneur) registered in France.
1. Product
The TikTok Shop Troubleshooting Guide — Digital Edition is a digital publication supplied electronically as a downloadable PDF. The product description displayed before purchase forms part of these Terms of Sale.
2. Price
The price applicable to an order is the price displayed at checkout when the order is placed. Any applicable taxes or other charges will be displayed before the customer confirms payment.
3. Ordering and payment
Orders are placed through our secure online checkout. Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and an order confirmation has been issued.
4. Digital delivery
The digital Guide is made available electronically after successful payment, including through the order confirmation/download process and/or a secure download link sent by email.
Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and maintaining a device and software capable of opening a standard PDF file.
5. Right of withdrawal
Consumers may have a statutory right of withdrawal under applicable law. For digital content supplied immediately, that right may cease once performance has begun where the consumer has expressly consented to immediate performance and acknowledged the resulting loss of the right of withdrawal, as provided by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
6. Refunds and technical problems
Refunds and problems with digital delivery are handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy. If a download is unavailable, defective or incorrectly supplied, please contact us so that we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.
7. Intellectual property
Purchase gives the customer a personal right to use the Guide. Copyright and other intellectual property rights remain with the rights holder. The Guide may not be reproduced, redistributed, resold or made publicly available except where permitted by law or with prior written permission.
8. Educational information
The Guide provides independent educational and troubleshooting information. It does not guarantee particular TikTok Shop access, eligibility, sales, revenue or other results.

9. Complaints and disputes
