The TikTok Shop Troubleshooting Guide is a digital product supplied electronically and made available for download after purchase.

Digital products

Where permitted by applicable law, once access to or delivery of the digital product has begun, cancellation or withdrawal rights may no longer apply where the customer has expressly agreed to immediate performance and acknowledged the resulting loss of the right of withdrawal.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.

Problems with your purchase

If you receive the wrong file, cannot access your download, experience a technical problem with delivery, or believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us. We will investigate and, where appropriate, provide a replacement download, correction or refund.

Duplicate purchases
